Are the pendants one-of-one?
Many pieces are one-of-one or limited. If a piece is claimed, the exact pendant usually will not return.
Does adding to cart reserve the pendant?
No. Checkout secures the piece. Because inventory can be limited, a cart does not guarantee availability.
Can I use a discount code?
If a code is active, enter it at checkout. Some products or promotions may have exclusions.
Shipping
How are glass pendants packed?
Each piece is packed with damage-proof protective materials and collector-level care.
Will I get tracking?
Yes, shipped orders include tracking sent directly to your email once the package is fulfilled.
Returns and damage
What is your return policy?
Because most pendants are limited or one-of-one, all pendant sales are final once placed. This helps keep claimed pieces reserved for the collector who purchased them.
Your order is still protected. If your pendant arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was shown, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and packaging so we can help make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We haven't had any glass break in 3-years because of our damage-proof packaging system. In the rare event you have an issue, contact support quickly with photos of the package, packaging material, and item so the issue can be reviewed.
Care
How should I clean my pendant?
Use a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, hard surfaces, and impact.
Can I shower with it?
Avoid unnecessary water, impact, and temperature shock. Treat it like wearable glass art.
